A research and design project for the Port of Los Angeles/ Long Beach. Utilizing local, site-specific typologies and zoning analysis as a starting point, then translating into formal and programmatic elements, forming a Marina clubhouse and part-time U.S. Customs auction facility, contextually located within the proposed site.

Project undertaken at the Southern California Institute of Architecture, with Olivier Touraine, Jeffrey Inaba, and Michael Speaks.
