The project entailed the gut renovation of a 2 Family, 3 story frame house in the 'South Slope' or 'Greenwood Heights' area of Brooklyn. Original details to the house were restored such as original plaster mouldings and ceiling medallions, marble mantels, and hardwood floors. Original brick throughout the house was restored and left exposed in its natural finish.
