Blanca is a 12 seat tasting menu restaurant that features a state of the art kitchen and a casual and elegant dining space. The ratio of kitchen to seating is inversed here with most of the restaurant floor area dedicated to equipment and servicing whith a relatively smaller space for a skylit comfortable counter seating furnished with warm leather stools that look like they may have been removed from a vintage ferrari. Salvaged barn wood is used to make up the simple wainscotting and adjacent storage wall used for wine and plants.

There is also a large tuna on the wall.
