Dassara Brooklyn Ramen

The former Chestnut restaurant space on Smith Street was converted into this new ramen shop and sake bar. The interior evokes a casual urban japanese decor with use of reclaimed mushroom wood and burlap as the materials used for the wall panels and ceiling clouds.

A custom sake bottle chandelier was created for the bar that features a mushroom wood base, off the shelf hardware and programmable l.e.d. lights with dozens of multi-color sake bottles diffusing the light.
