This project involved the conversion of an entire floorplate of an Upper East Side apartment building into multiple residential layouts as a feasability analysis for Jones Lang LasSalle.

Option 1 proposes the conversion of the entire floorplate into two apartments.

Option 2 proposes the conversion of the entire floorplate into one, 5 bedroom, 5-1/2 bath apartment.
